• Ensuring the drawings and models are accurate and meet project requirements.

• Does not pass the buck. Takes ownership of his / her responsibility area. Owns up an assignment and makes all the efforts to overcome the obstacles. Ensures delivery of his target instead of waiting for others to finish their part.

Key Responsibilitiesand :

• Should be able to develop LOD 200,300,350,400 & 500 detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using BIM software.
• Generation and extraction of 2D drawings, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models as required for construction documents and coordination.
• Understand the different types of families in Revit, including component families and system families.
• Should be familiar in adding detailing and annotation components to families for accurate documentation.
• Should be able to create parametric families that respond to changes in dimensions and parameters.
• Should be able to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into the BIM models.
• Work closely with project teams to resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM model.
• Should ensure that BIM models comply with industry standards and project guidelines.

Pre-Bid Design:

• Support in pre-bid works such as LOD 100 level BIM Model development, BoQ calculation etc. during Tendering stage.
