Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• 
  Accountable for
  1) Accountable for software development lifecycle such as requirement generation, develop with supplier & implememtation.
  2) Accountable for testing of algorithm developed by supplier at system level for software integration and validation
  3) Accountable to follow process throughout software development and HIL/Vehicle level testing
  4) Accountable to Analyse vehicle level data using MDA/AVL Concerto tools & trouble shooting the concerns.
  Should have
  1) Should have hands on experience of calibration tools like INCA/Ipetronix/Vehicle Spy tools
  2) Should have experience to in-vehicle networks like CAN,LIN is necessary
  3) Should be Familiar to CAN tools such as CANoe & SAEJ2534 VCIs such as Phython, Garuda, ETAS, Omitec etc.,
  4) Should have experience of using oscilloscope/scope recorders for starting/charging profile measurements at system and vehicle levels
  Knowledge on
  1) Knowledge on Engine start stop and Battery managment sensor and its appications
  2) Knowledge of BEV, HEV, Automotive Electronics, Automotive ECUs and Interfacting circuitry.
  3) knowledge in common rail system and overall vehicle electrical architecture and various sensors in the vehicle level
  4) Functional knowledge in starting /charging systems of vehicle
  Other activities
  1) Perform high-level concept development to meet system and vehicle requirements while understanding how to optimize these systems for function, efficiency, cost, weight, ergonomics, manufacturability and serviceability.
  2) Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality , Cost and Time.
  3) Meeting the cost targets specified without compromising quality of the product and also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities. Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components.
  4) Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management
  5)Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Any other OEM, Lighting industries , wiring harness Manufacturers


Qualifications
BE/B Tech / ME in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering and Electronics Communication Engineering
