- Detailed design of Engine interface systems (3D modeling and drawing preparation) like Radiator, Charge air Cooler, Fuel Cooler, Air cleaner, Muffler, Hoses, surge tank & Mountings to meet Delivery targets.
-Should have exposure on manufacturing process like rubber and plastic moulding and sheet metal fabrication.
- Should have worked in New Product Development Projects
- Good Knowledge in GD & T, Tolerance stack up

-Interaction with proprietary suppliers to optimize cooling system and finalise 3D model and 2D drawing as per packaging constraints and finalise DVP
-Awareness of Radiator/CAC manufacturing process, Surge tank manufacturing process
-Surge tank design calculations
-Fan selection and optimizing fan speed for optimum power consumption
-Interaction with CAE team to complete analysis
-DFMEA for cooling system
-Should have good hands on experience on CAD software\'s like, Unigraphics, Creo and Team Center
