Senior Engineer Validation
Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) Lead the project & representation as Cross Functional Team member from Validation Dept.
2) Validation planing/ tracking & concerns/ risks escalations in various management forums
3) Vehicle Test driving & Subjective assessment
4) Project initial planning inline with Mahindra Product Development System (MPDS) wrt vehicles, budgeting & resource requirements
5) Knowledge of various vehicle systems like powertrain, DAC, BIW, E&E, etc
6) Budget/ reources monitoring & control
7) Test planning, prioritazation & analysis of concern investigation reports & DVP test results
8) Representation of function in various project team meetings
9) Field failure analysis & PDCA tracking.
10) Attend DFMEAs, design reviews and track part maturity status
Experience
5-8 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Automobile
