: Guide and mentor design and modelling teams to provide efficient and compliant deliverables with a high standard of quality. Quality Checks/Peer to Peer checks of the models as per the standards before the delivery. Lead the preparation of civil infrastructure designs, modelling as well as the production of technical and commercial specifications including design reports and drawings. Well versed with utility route design (includes wet and dry utilities), space management and technical interface and well versed with preparing utility profiles and sections. Coordinate with the other disciplines such as Roads, Drainage, Bridges, Landscaping, Geotech including dry and wet utilities. Represent the company in technical meetings with our clients, supervise the work of more junior staff and provide technical and professional guidance to assist their development. Candidate Specification Candidate Specification: Minimum bachelor s degree in civil /Environmental Engineering, Preferable Master s degree Experience of utilities/water/wastewater/drainage system design experience. good experience in managing a multi-discipline design team. Experience and skills including ProjectWise, Navisworks, open roads, civil 3d, Arc GIS are desirable. Experienced in BIM Strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects Technical knowledge of both wet and dry infrastructure utilities (including sewer, stormwater, potable water, irrigation and firefighting water, district cooling, electrical, gas and telecommunications). Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects Able to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographically and culturally diverse teams. Adopting an adaptive mindset and using strategic and critical thinking to approach problems in a new way A dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders. Sound knowledge of professional and international standards. Preferable to be a Chartered Engineer from Professional body. Experience in UK projects will be preferred.
