About the Role: A UI | UX designer is a professional who identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. Aesthetically pleasing branding strategies help them effectively reach global customers. They also ensure that the end-to-end journey with their products or services meets desired outcomes. What You Will Do: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, Stake Holders and Engineers. The person should have at least 6 years of experience in the automotive industry. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Creating conceptualization, storyboarding and Wire-framing with product owners. Collaborate with UX / UI on planning and implementation. intuitive and user-centric UI, to meet business and user requirements. Involved in ideation for various concepts and their implementation to achieve a good user experience. Coordinating with the development teams at various stages of the project. All visual design phases from concept to final handover to the development team. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Very good understanding about design system. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how HMI dashboard function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images. Proven UI experience Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio The person should have a very good knowledge of the grid system and the pixel-perfection production file creation. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After effects visual design and wire-framing tools well know about android and IOS HIM implementation Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
