Position Title: Senior Engineer - URE


Job Descrip ti on:
• Equipment commissioning and warranty support.
• Handling the AMC and FMC
• Timely reporting of warranty complaints and product quality-related issues.
• Installed fleet mapping
• Territory management for the Business Partners in the region from a P&S perspective
• Special focus on Key customers' satisfaction in the region
• Achieving Business targets for parts and service
• Support recruitment and training of Service personnel(Channel Partner)
• Support Business Partner with suggested stocking guides
• Support in promotion of Service Agreements
• Forward customer feedback and any leads on new equipment requirements to Marketing Team
• Support in promotion of Equipment/component rebuilds
• Coordinate with the Customer Support Officer on support issues like parts quotation, invoicing, deliveries outstanding payments.
• Track utilization and ensure more than 95% efficiency.
• Train Business Partner engineers to solve complex technical problems. Keep them updated with relevant information
• Monitor complaint registers of Business Partners and track performance to ensure that they are performing service interventions in line with the requirements of the machine population.



Skills and Experience:
• Professional working experience of minimum 7 years in front-line service, having expertise to handle products about UG Mining and Tunnelling
• Technically sound in Hydraulics, Electrical and Electronic
• He should be able to speak Hindi and English.



Quali fi ca ti ons required:
• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engg. from a reputed college or a relevant experience




Key competencies required for this role:
• Service expertise on UG Mining and Construction drilling equipment.
• Self-driven personality
• Ability to establish good relations with customers.
• Ability to handle Maintenance contracts and channel partner service teams.
• Willing to travel extensively
