Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Engineer - Tool Room for our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a full-time position with competitive Salary Range.Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the tool room operations, including planning, designing, and manufacturing of tools and dies.
- Supervise and train tool room technicians to ensure quality work output.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand tooling requirements for new projects.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper maintenance of all tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues in tooling and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool room management.
- Strong knowledge of tool and die making processes.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of tool room technicians.
- Proficient in CAD software for tool design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
