JR43206 Senior Engineer, Scribe Design & Layout Quality
As part of the Scribe Quality & Systems Team, you are responsible for Physical Quality (RD, YE, and Assembly), RINS and other (WARP/PreWARP) Rework reduction, and area metrics. This position works with rest of the Scribe team, Fab PI and Photo owners, RETMAN, Assembly, Metrology, Product Engineering and other stakeholders to develop a Best-in-Class quality culture, develop a strategy for maintaining and continually improving quality systems, contributing to quality improvement projects, and supporting customers. Additionally, you will work on Business Processes (BP), onboarding, and mentorship opportunities for the scribe design team members. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

• 
  5-10 years of relevant experience in the fields of Semiconductor process flow, Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design and Layout.
• SME knowledge level in scribe features and build practices for a given technode
• SME knowledge level in assembly processes and a contributing member to the post-dicing conversations and questions
• Can build Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) document and communicate with Assembly
• Be able to apply G8D/5-Why toolset on scribe quality issues
• Can take the initiative to have formal BP document created

• Lead cross-functional initiatives or enabling projects that support TD quality objectives
• Can partner for training activities for global team
• Be able to apply thorough knowledge of basic semiconductor process flow, mask levels and construction and characterization of active and passive devices in each memory technology
• Be able to apply fundamental understanding and usage of mask generation tools to build test structure layout
• Be able to perform DRC and layout vs. schematic and ensure correctness in layout, involve in discussion with DR team to resolve critical DRC, and aware of the waiver approval for process development structures.
• Effectively interacts and communicates information to layout, process integration, design, product engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor Scribe Design Engineers

• Communicate key information via presentation and group discussion, contribute to build Scribe knowledge base repository.
