B.E / BTech in Civil Engineering with Masters in Transportation / Highway Engineering (Desirable) . Minimum 7+ years of experience in Design Consulting Environment . . Minimum of 4 years of working experience for International Design Projects for Highway Design and working experience for USA projects in Designing Highways / Roadways. Is preferable. Having work experience on Design & Build Projects is added advantage. Position Overview: Design Engineer for Engineering (Roadway) Design and 3D modelling for Design & Build and State DoT projects with proficiency in various Bentley tools as mentioned in Mandatory Technical Skills. Will have to carry out design and production highway design, CAD production and 3D modeling. Experience in D & B projects -concept design, Alternative design concepts and detailed design of projects, involved in construction support. Should have handled Design -Build projects for any of international projects. Specific US experience is most desirable. Essential Job Functions : . Responsible of analysis and design of highways and roads. . Design of horizontal and vertical geometrics for highways. . Preparation of plan and profile drawings. . Computation of quantities. . Preparation of design reports and, . Ability to understand existing condition reports and surveys. . Ability to lead and design D & B projects . Should have handled minimum of 3 D & B projects-overseas . Should have worked in preferably US market Mandatory Technical Skills: . Knowledge of Open Roads, In Roads, Geopack, MicroStation are essential and, AutoCAD, Navis works, clash analysis . Experience with DOT (Department of Transportation -Florida, Georgia, or any other states of US, 3D modelling through OpenRoads Technology. . Highway geometric design construction support-drawings, . Experience in MS Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. . Full understand of US units of measure. . Read, write, and speaks -English. Additional Skills: . Any International design exp-like Australia, Middle East, European exp . Software: 12D, Mx Roads, Civil 3D . Bachelor\'s Degree in civil -if passed out from US colleges .
