: Your Profile: Responsible for 0-mile complaint handing and action plan Handling warranty issues and closure of the same. Handling Customer Audits and Closure of the points Handing External IATF 16949 :2016 Audit Handling Customer portals for TML, DICV, Mahindra, VECV, AL Ensure and Monitored all Customer Specific Requirements are fulfilled Monitoring all KPIs and Trend analysis Hands on experience of Problem-Solving tools, 8D, 7 QC tools, Why-Why Analysis etc. Hands on experience of handling customer like TML, DICV, AL, VOLVO, MAN etc. Certified IATF 16949 :2016 Internal Auditor Follow up to ensure that standard work instructions, control plans & process FMEA on shop floor Completed on time. Coordinate the communication with the customer in regards of quality issues Require and maintain corrective actions plan on quality issue and manage the process of resolving the complaints received from customer Identify opportunities to improve quality and drive improvement projects Your Tasks: Any Diploma or Engineering Graduate Must have 4+ Years of experience in Customer Quality Must have experience from Automotive background Be part of our ZF team as Senior Engineer - Quality (IATF 16949) and apply now!
