Job Description
Providing efficiently respond to the needs of operations related to the elimination of material, process and product incompatibilities during implementation of New Product on production lines. All activities in line with KKWS QHSE policies.
Responsibilities:
- To implement new products with reduced existing risks: supervision over quality documentation (PFMEA, CP, checklists),
- Operating "solving tools" (8D, 5why, Ishikawa Diagram, PDCA, A3), organization and conducting internal trainings, initiating corrective and preventive actions,
- Quality control and quality assurance, problem solving, searching for solutions, participation in internal (initiate) and external audits,
- Participation in supplier audits and visits, analysis of research results and reporting, verification of non-compliance of production materials,
- Building a culture focused on solutions and improvements in line with the LEAN philosophy, statistical analysis of processes.
- To increase customer satisfaction: contact with customer, participation in external audits, orientation to customer.

Qualification Requirement
- BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of Experience
- Kannada & English mandatory
