Senior Engineer Process
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lead Engineer Stamping Process Engineering at Gestamp Services India Pvt Ltd located in Pune. Position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering process, including planning, designing, and implementing engineering solutions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and provide technical expertise and guidance. This role requires leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in core Sheet Metal Stamping Process Making.
• 8 to 10 years hands on experience in Auto-form Sheet Metal Simulation.
• Proficient in stamping process engineering principles and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools in engineering.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
