The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Background Remote monitoring is critical for plant reliability, availability & maintainability. The main aim of this task is to avoid unplanned shutdowns of the critical equipment. Quest has deep domain expertise in providing surveillance support of critical equipment. Expectations Field experience in rotary equipment operations & maintenance Exposure to remote monitoring. Good knowledge of mechanical [vibration, temperature, pressure, efficiency, etc.] and process parameter thresholds Expertise in reading engineering documentation [P&IDs, General arrangement, vendor documentation, etc.] Good report making and presentation skills Should be able to technically interact with various internal and external stakeholders on the identified operational issues Experience in vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, performance analysis Should be able to perform efficiency and performance calculations Capable of developing predictive models. Perform RCA report. Software Skills Microsoft Office tools PRiSM SMART Signal PI Process book Hardware / Domain Knowledge Knowledge of Onshore / Offshore / LNG / rotatory equipment.
