Designation: Senior Engineer
Qualification: B.E Civil with 10 years of Experience
Skills: Proficiency in project planning, design coordination, QA/QC, and cost estimation. Strong expertise in construction management, contract handling, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
:
• Responsible for overseeing all phases of building project execution, including planning, scheduling, and site supervision.
• Ensure design coordination, quality standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage contractor performance, stakeholder communication, and regulatory compliance.
• verifying contractor bills & Prepare PMC bills for submission to clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks to optimize project delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
