- Order management - Ensure Timely delivery of parts on Daily basis, OTD 100%,ASN,Customer Portal management, Schedule adherence etc.
- Transport Management - Close co-ordination with the transporter\'s for Vehicle arrangement, Transit status, Updates to customer.
- Packaging management - Keep the track of Returnable and Expandable packaging ,Reconciliation ,Shortage monitoring, Zero downtime due to packaging shortages. etc..
- Daily Dispatches - Execution of dispatch plan in accordance with the FG readiness and Customer demand as per ASN schedule.
- Continious Improvements - Driving initiatives to bring improvement in your work area like Vehicle TAT reduction, FG stock accuracy,FIFO etc.
- Bachelor\'s degree in any stream.( Engineering will be added advantage)
- Must have 3-6 Years of Experience in Logistics, specifically in Dispatch.
- Knowledge of ERP system ( Microsoft NAV will be Added advantage)
- Well versed with Manpower management for smooth operation of dispatches.
- Well Conversant with MS office,word,Power point and effectively communicate with cross functional teams.
- Ready to work in shifts and capable to Handle the team of contractual manpower in 2nd shift.
