Company: MMC CorporateDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMC Corporate team at AMSI. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.An opportunity to develop your career and skills within the wider global team as support Analyst. The support analyst will gain valuable financial exposure by working on Oracle EBS support, collaborating with internal and external teams, and engaging with product specialists.We will count on you to:

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS finance modules (P2P).
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by end-users.
• Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
• Configure and maintain Oracle EBS finance modules.
• Participate in testing activities and ensure system quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS finance modules.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
• Familiarity with system changes and enhancements.
• Ability to conduct user training and provide support.
• Proficiency in system configuration and setup.
• Understanding of testing processes and quality assurance.
• Proactive mindset for process improvements and automation.
• Qualifications 3-5 years as functional support.

What makes you stand out?

• ITIL certification
• Any relevant Oracle EBS certification
• Deriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in P2P/O2C Cycle
• Good functional knowledge of any two modules of Oracle Applications from GL, AR, and AP is a must.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS
• Hands-on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications
