Position Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation Grade - A3/A4 Business Unit / Function Department -Instrumentation Location Bharuch Reports to Head - Instrumentation Summary Summary of Job (Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed) Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining ISO records. Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) Hands on experience on Emerson ovation DCS Hands on experience CFBC boiler, Steam turbine, generator and coal handling plant related instruments. Experience on Wood word 505, Bentley Nevada vibration system. Testing, commissioning, Trouble shooting of filed instruments like motorised Valve (MOV), Vibration sensor, Pressure, Flow, Level and temperature transmitter, Control valves, weight scale Experience On Stack monitoring system SOX,NOX,CO,O2 analyser. Prepare Breakdown report with RCA. To handle Shift Jobs and update daily report. To raise spare instruments requirement & maintain critical spares To Supervise shift technician jobs. Knowledge of issue slip and material withdrawal and budgeting. Co ordination between management to operation. Close LN Baan call request during shift. Close LN Baan call request during shift. To prepare Calibration and PM planner and records. Responsible for implementation of RC 14001, IMS, ENMS, QMS, FSSC, FAMI-QS, FSSAI,GMP and compliance of all certifications. To implement ISO 9000, ISO-14000, OHSAS -18000, TPM and WCM. To implement of 5S in plant and office. Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Security) No. of Reportees 1 Qualification & Experience B.E / B.Tech - Instrumentation / I&C with 2 - 4 years of experience. Key Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral) Technical: Knowledge of calibration & maintenance practices for DCS/PLC/SCADA & SIS., SMART, FF & pneumatic field instruments. Knowledge of Instrumentation engineering functions related to plant process and operations.
