The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for Software bring-up, feature enablement, and software configurations of Digital cockpit system running on cloud. Job Title: Senior Engineer II, SW Job Responsibilities: Understanding different Automotive feature sets and enabling them to run in a cloud environment. Thrive to reduce the HW dependencies for project development by promoting cloud based digital cockpit environment. Digital cockpit software stack understanding and feature enablement. Interface with various domains for feature understanding and any enhancements that may need to be developed to enable more use-cases are enabled on Digital Cockpit cloud platform. Lead activities with domain teams support and achieve desired objectives. Report status, issues, and progress of the SW development to the SW project lead Skills Required: 7+ years of experience in embedded systems, focusing on Android, Linux, and QNX. Experience in Systems Engineering/Architecture. Experience in Android system and framework development. Experience in system virtualization and instrument cluster development is preferred Strong C, C++ programming skills Exposer to cloud native development, docker, containers. Good to have understanding on container runtime interfaces Knowledge of system-level debugging Git, gerrit, or equivalent tools required for CI/CD.
