How will you make an impact in this role In this position, you will be responsible for the engineering excellence and execution effectiveness, leading a team of self-starters to develop and implement innovative technology solutions in support of the American Express Global Services Group.As an Sr Engineer II, you will beresponsible for architecting solutions for our Servicing Intelligence and Connex Data Management portfolio, and will provide thought leadership, engineering expertise and direction to the engineering teams be versatile and be able to collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams and cross functional technology groups to drive continuous delivery. Experience in contact center architecture solution design & configuration for enterprise applications on premise & cloud. Knowledge & experience of Genesys Framework and Architecture, familiarity with the Genesys ecosystem. Knowledge in Genesys real-time and historical reporting. Experience in Genesys CCPulse, Pulse and GAX. Good knowledge and hands on experience in Database such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL etc. Strong Experience in developing application using Genesys Config, Reporting, Interaction PSDKs and WFM APIs. Experience in designing and building Micro services-basedarchitecture for Real time reports and analyticssolutions. Experience in developing API, services and ETL applications using Java, Vertx & Reactive framework. Experience in writing unit and integration test cases. Experience with Genesys Routing (IRD/Composer/URS). Knowledge in Genesys Voice and Digital will be good. Exposure to data flows across Genesys Inbound, Outbound, Routing, Call recording, GVP, Pulse and WDE. Experience in Genesys log analysis, configurations and troubleshooting (MCP, SIP, RM). Analysing & troubleshooting data in Genesys Infomart & Icon applications. Exposure to Genesys reporting components like Genesys Infomart, Interaction concentrator, datamart etc. Understanding of the system architecture. Given a requirement be able to come up with the architecture, ability to suggest solutions and identify loopholes in system. Need to have holistic view of system -and develop effective solutions. Plan, scope, , architect, design, prototype and engineer Genesys framework components. Experience in Kafka and elastic search. Should have worked in cloud platforms, working knowledge of creating HA solutions. Knowledge in CICD and containerized including but not limited to XLR/Jenkins/GIT/Bitbucket/monitoring & logging tools like app dynamics, logstash, splunk is preferred. Exposure to Openshift enterprise platform. A problem solver, open to learning Should have experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, solutioning and keeping up with evolving technologies - as a leading member of the team. Minimum Qualifications Computer Science Engineering or Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Genesys Cloud Certification Genesys Engage on-premisescertification.
