This is a technical role in a team with equally dedicated and passionate engineers supporting our Cyber Identity and Directory services. & Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory and associated services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).xc2xb7 Administer user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory.xc2xb7 Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory issues and performance.xc2xb7 Implement and manage Active Directory federation services and identity management solutions.xc2xb7 Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory processes and procedures.xc2xb7 Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Active Directory with other systems and applications.xc2xb7 Conduct regular audits and compliance checks of Active Directory configurations.xc2xb7 Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.xc2xb7 Ensure platforms/infrastructure are secure, compliant, and highly available.xc2xb7 Work with the Architecture team to implement and integrate technical solutions.xc2xb7 Proactively identify areas of improvements, opportunity for innovations and ways to enhance the directory services environment.xc2xb7 Effectively work directly with clients, team members, technical experts, professional staff, and management as needed to deliver new capabilities or provide operational support.xc2xb7 Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.xc2xb7 Understanding of load balancers, proxies, and end-to-end encryption architecture.xc2xb7 Be self-directed, take the lead on technical escalations and drive incidents or problems until resolution.
