About this team This role is in Retail Technology Engineering team in the lululemon technology organization. This position is a highly technical role with accountability for End-to-End Quality Assurance. Our team is fast-paced and taking on exciting new initiatives to support a fast-growing business. Experience and Skillset:

Expertise in End to End Point of Sale testing, xstore preferred.

Deep understanding in Retail domain.

Prior experience in setting up POS labs, planning and executing Manual and automation testing.

Proven experience as QA Tech Lead (plan and prioritize tasks for the team, knowledge of the system and its architecture, responsibility for integration and E2E testing co-ordination with cross functional teams)

Experience in creating test data, configuring of POS test environment, and validating POS transactions

Ability to proactively identify new tools/processes/approaches and continuously strive to find ways to improve the overall testing strategy

Should work closely with the development and engineering teams during all phases of the software development lifecycle (test planning, test designing, test case creation/maintenance, execution and reporting)

Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in manual/automation testing for web applications, backend services and Mobile applications.

Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challenges with the ability to manage multiple tasks meeting deadlines

Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams

Experience working with global team.

Should have understanding on PCIDSS compliances

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science engineering/Information Technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience.

8+ years of QA experience in POS/mPOS and Retail domain.

Expertise in closely working with software devs and solution architects to understand the tech stack, design and accordingly prepare Testing approach, strategy and define the Testing road map of backend systems/services, web and mobile applications.

Experience with a variety of test management, defect tracking tools and software testing practices, including developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing manual/automated testing systems and environments.

Experience in Reviewing, mentoring, and guiding other QA engineers on QA process and to produce reliable and high-quality code in automation.

Good to have automation experience for Rest based web services using Java (testing, maven, http client, Rest Assured), UI using selenium web driver and Mobile applications through Appium or any other similar frameworks.

Must have knowledge on Test management tools like Jira/ALM QC/Test Rail

Must have knowledge on API Testing tools SOAP UI/Postman

Knowledge of SQL, experience with SQL Server added advantage

Experience architecting test automation frameworks and establishing CI/ CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins

Ability to propose solutions & should be able to grasp new concepts quickly.

Excellent at communicating to stakeholders in formal and informal settings to report on test progress, metrics, issues, and risks.
