What you will do ?Digital IT Operations is responsible for managingour infrastructure & configurations and Application Support across our data centers/providers. The organization delivers capabilities that enrich the customer experience and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talentedSenior Engineerwith good understanding of infrastructure & application support, DevOps & Automation to help deliver stable, available environments across the Digital IT Org.What you will need ?The Digital IT Operations Team thrives on strong relationships with our delivery & development partners and works diligently to address their needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced operational delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.You will be working with product teams,3rd party vendors and operational stakeholdersto deliver availability & stability, data refreshes, and automation capabilities. You will be responsible for supporting our application releases & environments and executing upon other projects and initiatives. In addition, you will be actively coaching and mentoring engineers and developers in the product teams to help identify and resolve issues with technology and product processes.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domain
• 5+ years\' experience in troubleshooting applications, migrating infrastructure, monitoring system performance, managing configurations & infrastructure in a .NET front end environment.
• Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Certificate Management.
• Functional knowledge of point-of-sale applications.
• Strong DevSecOps & Engineering Mindset
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
• Basic Scripting experience
• Advanced Troubleshooting Capabilities in a Windows / .NET / SQL Environment
• Solid understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.
• Shows a positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in enterprise applications.
• Proficient knowledge of at least two out of: Splunk, AppDynamics, Jenkins
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Customer First mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scripting languagescan be beneficial.
• Endeca experience would be beneficial.
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Akamai CloudTest experience & JavaScript would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of IT SecurityBest Practices
