Join our truly global IT Organization that collaborates seamlessly across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia in a challenging, collaborative and a team-based environment.The Merchandise Operations Management Delivery team is responsible for modernization of Global Merchandise Financial systems, as well as our Pricing and Clearance Management systems. We achieve these goals by implementing off-the-shelf solutions (Oracle Retail), which drive the ability to support key finance processes and markdown strategies. Our business customers rely on the accuracy and integrity of the solutions we provide to manage our merchandise, pay our vendors correctly and in a timely fashion and ultimately report accurate data to Wall Street.Our team consists of over 50 Associates located across the globe, with plans to increase it now through expansion in our India office. Expanding TJX\'s presence in India will bring knowledge and expertise, local leadership and decision making, enabling us to deliver the right work, at the right time, in the right way. Over the next 12 months, our Indian presence will be the largest representation of the team in any global geography.Responsibilities:

• Maintain the configuration standards for new jobs getting added to the schedule
• Ensure the dependencies are setup properly on the scheduling tool
• Ensure the adherence to Business and IT SLAs for overall nightly schedule
• Engage with External teams (Landscape and Production Control) for Scheduling configuration & updates
• Managing the health of scheduling tool in Non-PROD environments
• Liasing with Production Control to implement scheduling changes into Production
• Ensure risks and dependencies are identified and managed
• Engage with SDM team to address issues in PROD related to CNTL M Job setup
• Build & Maintain the framework for Job and Schedule as Code

Requirements:Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in technology or information systems or equivalent work experience
• At least 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Engineering mindset, as an example the ability to identify repeatable tasks and come up with ideas to improve the team\'s efficiency.
• Ability to drive teams to follow best practices and adhere to standards set by enterprise and MOM engineering teams
• Experience working on some enterprise batch scheduling tool e.g CNTL M or UC4
• Reasonable understanding of Oracle Retail batch flow.
• Must have the ability to work with JIRA & Confluence
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and making informed decisions quickly
• Ability to collaborate well with a wide variety of people

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a SAFe IT delivery model
• SAFE Agile Certifications are a plus.
