What you will do ?The Digital IT Operations, Infrastructure & Environments Team is responsible for managingour infrastructure & configurations across our data centers/providers. The organization delivers capabilities that enrich the customer experience and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talentedSenior Engineerwith good understanding of infrastructure & application support, DevOps & Automation to help deliver stable, available environments across the Digital IT Org.What you will need ?The Digital IT Operations Team thrives on strong relationships with our delivery & development partners and working diligently to address their needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced operational delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.You will be working with product teams,3rd party vendors and operational stakeholdersto deliver availability & stability, data refreshes, and automation capabilities. You will be responsible for supporting our applications & environments. In addition, you will be actively coaching and mentoring engineers and developers in the product teams to help identify and resolve issues with technology and product processes.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domain
• 4+ cumulative years experience in troubleshooting applications, migrating infrastructure, monitoring system performance, managing configurations & infrastructure in one of these environments:

• RHEL running Oracle ATG with Endeca, Java, WebLogic
• 1+ year in an Oracle ATG Environment Required
• Knowledge of Oracle BCC
• Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Certificate Management, Performance Testing
• Experience performing environment refreshes.
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills in a RHEL / ATG Environment.
• Strong DevSecOps & Engineering Mindset
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
• Basic Scripting experience
• Solid understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Experience using Akamai or other CDN Technologies.
• Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.
• Shows a positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in enterprise applications.
• Proficient knowledge of at least two out of: Splunk, AppDynamics, Jenkins
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
• Some experience with IDEs such as Eclipse.
• Customer First mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scripting languagescan be beneficial.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of IT SecurityBest Practices
