Why should you join HVAC BU & BMS team:
HVAC team works on the HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) and BU (Building utility) design for our Denmark projects. We design HVAC system for some of the largest and complex pharma facilities while also providing solutions of building utility. The BMS-team handles BMS, FMS, and PME for our Denmark projects. BMS (Building Management System) focuses on designing the control systems for HVAC in pharmaceutical clean rooms. FMS (Facility Monitoring System) is tasked with monitoring the conditions within these clean rooms. PME (Power Monitoring and Energy) oversees the electrical system.Our engineers get exposure to global design philosophies while working on the different phases of these projects.Location: Bangalore, India

Department: HVAC BU & BMSHow you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)As a Senior Engineer, you will work with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will:

• Coordinate technical work.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.

You will work with HVAC, BU & BMS design team within pharmaceutical projects, ensuring the successful design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC, BU & BMS systems. Your responsibilities will include:
1. 80% project work in all project sizes and phases
1.1 Solve tasks independently to the highest degree of complexity
1.2 Structure and plan work of own discipline in small projects
1.3 Ensure interfaces to and coordination with other disciplines
1.4 Ensure changes to scope of work are brought to the attention of project management
1.5 Ensure quality/review and compliance of own and peers\' work
2. 5% coordinate up to 5 Engineers and provide on-the-job education of Junior Engineers to become Engineers
3. 5% review work of Engineers in own discipline
4. 5% contribute with cost calculations and input for proposals
5. 5% contribute to the development of standards and guidelines
6. Promote NNE and look for sales opportunities with customers Additionally, you will develop, and design engineered solutions to complex problems through individual contributions and by supporting teams of engineers.Who you are (Preferred Competencies)

The miles you\'ve walked (Education and Work Experience)In all positions, certain qualifications are essential, while others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to excel in this role:Education

• BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Instrumentation engineering
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Professional Experience

• Over 10 years of experience, with mastery in your discipline and knowledge of most other disciplines and their interfaces
• Extensive pharma engineering experience, with a focus on your discipline
• Project experience from Basic Design, Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning/Qualification, and Handover
• Some leadership experience, such as serving as a package lead through several projects.

Personal Profile

• Capable of providing technical leadership and creating standards within your technical discipline
• Passionate about your technical discipline
• Diligent in solving problems and completing work in a structured manner, proactively providing advice to customers.

Technical Skills

• AHU & Pressure zoning for Pharma clean room facilities (GMP)
• Cooling and heating calculations
• Well versed with technical specification of HVAC components
• Knowledge of various types of HVAC systems and control philosophy
• Able to provide sustainable HVAC solutions to various type of facilities in a pharma world
• Preparing functional specifications for various HVAC systems in line with the URS
• Finalizing control philosophies
• Preparing IO lists
• Keeping track of the Requirement Traceability Matrix
• Conducting Design Engineering Review workshops
• Preparing test protocols, test plans, and executing tests as necessary
• Supporting the development, improvement, and optimization of processes within BMS
• Knowledge of following building utility services
• Cooling and heating water for AHUs, FCUs, radiators etc.
• Domestic water, hot and cold
• Rainwater
• Sanitary drain
• Process drains
• Sprinklers
