It is also responsible for Global Markets Client Onboarding, Reg W, and FMU Reporting. Reference Data comprises 3 main categories - Client, Instrument and Book. Reference Data Technology is a provider of data for Front to Back Flows, Enterprise Supply Chain, Risk, Banking, GWIM and Compliance. This process includes applications which are designated as the Authorized Data Sources for some of the data domains. The data domains include but are not limited to:We are looking for experienced Functional Business Analyst with a deep understand of the Fixed Income or Capital Markets domain. Successful candidate is expected to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.Responsibilities:

• He will require to collaborate with stakeholder across the teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of critical systems.
• Partner with business stakeholder to elicit, analyze and document complex business requirements.
• Work closely with developers and testers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure business needs are met.
• Define business requirements to help design solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritization and working closely with business stakeholders.
• Active participation in team development processes & ceremonies
• Responsible for articulating complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.
• Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
• Should have strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Critical thinking and the ability to seamlessly span the divide between technology and business is a must

Requirements:Education / Certification:

• Bachelors, PMP, FRM or equivalent

Experience: 15+ yearsFoundational Skills:

• Experience as Functional Business Analyst in the Banking - Fixed income or Capital Markets
• Domain knowledge of pricing and valuation of fixed income instruments, risk management, regulatory requirements
• Deep understanding of the Fixed Income or Capital Markets domain
• Domain knowledge of pricing and valuation of fixed income instruments, risk management, regulatory requirements
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile and managing product backlogs
• A proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively
• Should have strong analytical skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience working on regulatory requirements
• FRM or similar certifications
