Designation: Senior Engineer - Electrical (Maintenance)
Job description:
1.Planning & Implementing Preventive maintenance system to increase the equipment uptime.
2. Daily and routine check of all electrical and mechanical equipment and ensure its health and assuring Safe work environment.
3 Maintenace EOT cranes, Welding, Grinding, drilling equipment, lathe machine, Plasma cutting machines, Band SAW, Shot blasting & Passivation system.
4. Maintenance of CNC Press brake machine, TRULASER- Laser Cutting machine, Electric stacker.
5. Maintenance & Operation of HT Yard, LT Panels, DG, Firefighting system.
6. Maintenance and operation of STP & ETP plants.
7. Review and follow up for AMC and their records.
8. Documentation & Compliance of ISO requirements.
9. Documentation & Compliance of Fire & safety requirements.
10. Route cause analysis of equipment breakdown and corrective measures.
11. Development of subordinates and continuous improvement to ensure the reduced down time & effective utilization of equipment.
12. Vendor identification & Negotiation for material requirement.
Salary : 6-7 LPA
