As a Senior Design evaluation engineer, You will be responsible for driving post silcon analog charactorization which includes developing comprehensive test plan,test methodolgy and debug functional failures on the platform to qualify the target functional specification.
Responsibility

• Define and develop charactorization methodology/Strategy which includes developing HW/SW infrastructre.
• Develop comprehensive test plan to cover all the functional features defined in the target specification and execute.
• Development of automated software in a platform using LabVIEW, Python to validate the chip
• Take part in coordination of overall Design and Development of new ideas and products
• Engaging in system-level debug/triage efforts involving the product/IP
• Leading collaborative technical discussions to drive resolution on technical issues and roll out technical initiatives
• Supporting issues on customer platforms as requested by customer support teams

Skillset Required.

• A Master's/bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Should posses good knowledge on PCB Schematics/Layout which includes Digital circuits, Analog circuits, ADCs, DACs, high speed serial interfaces.
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following programing languages: LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB,C/C++.
• Working knowlede on Proptocol analyzers for the protocols like I2C/SPI/PCIE/HDMI/DP/MIPI.
• Debug tools including JTAG, Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscope, etc., and kernel debuggers
• Familiarity with CPU (ARM) /DSP architecture and test case development would be an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with performing SOC/IP evaluation and characterization using bench test equipments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments.
