Senior Engineer (Civil)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Drawing Reading and taking the Quantity / BOQ Specification / Material requirement.
2. Raising the Requirements for the activity and follow up.
3. Getting the Executing work activity against the Drawing & Specification as per the IS Standards with Contractor.
4. Communication and Correspondence with Other departments if req., Follow up.
5. Preparation of Customization Costing, Budget and analysis the work status for prepare.
6. Understand / Preparation the Schedule against the work sequence activity and Monitoring at site.
7. Preparation of Alternation Drawing in CAD.
8. GFC Updates in BOQ and Order, NT Item and Reconciliation.
9. Highlighting the Critical action towards completion the work activity and proactivity action.
10. DPR & DLR
Qualification
Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
5 Years Experience as Senior Engineer Civil in Property Developers industry
