Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Engineer to lead and oversee engineering activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, structural engineering, and project management, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design:
• Review architectural and engineering designs to ensure feasibility, compliance with building codes, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors during the design and pre-construction phases.
• Construction Oversight:
• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including developers, clients, and government authorities.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to internal teams and external partners.
• Budget and Cost Management:
• Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor expenses and work closely with the procurement team to select materials and vendors.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address defects and ensure timely resolution of any construction-related issues.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver innovative and sustainable construction solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or real estate projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
