We aim to inspire our customers with new technologies and help them find the optimal solutions when building new technologies and facilities.You will have the opportunity to explore new, smarter, and more sustainable technologies. As a specific initiative in our area, we have fortnightly knowledge sharing activities where you learn from colleagues about new technology within active products connected to regulatory requirements, discussion with technology suppliers, and how to execute projects smarter. You will also get the opportunity to further grow your competencies through internal/external courses and conferences.Our office is in Bangalore, India and in Virum, Denmark where we have an open and flexible office environment, which provides space and opportunities for knowledge sharing, dialogue, and of course - to have fun. We also work from NNE\'s office in Kalundborg site and depending on current projects the workplace will be there or at customer site.Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Active ProductsMain Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs an active products Engineer, you\'ll:

• Experience and Strong knowledge on Formulation process, sterilization, and Part Washer.
• working /Design experience of Formulation process equipment like Solution Preparation, Holding vessels, autoclave (GMP/Non-GMP for API/FP), utensil/Part washer & its supporting components/equipment (minor/major) etc.
• Basic P&ID understanding the key elements in P&ID, Process flow path and equipment layout drawings review.
• Knowledge and working experience of Filling (washing, sterilization processing, vial/PFS/cartridge filling, capping, sealing, packaging) Freeze drying system, containment technologies and Isolator are added advantage.

• Manufacturing equipment and other process equipment design review against International regulatory Standards, such as ASME - BPE, ISPE, PDA, FDA, EMA, cGMP & basic safety codes, etc.
• Exposure of technical bid analysis and vendor interaction on Formulation equipment.
• Commissioning and Qualification support.
• Review and analysis of technical specifications of components and instruments against design requirements.
• Effective Internal & external communication across multiple disciplines / departments

Education and Work Experience
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• BE / B. Tech or M.Sc. / ME / M. Tech in Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology /Mechanical/Production or equivalent, with minimum and relevant experience of 8+ years through\' regular.
• Experience in CD, BD, DD & Construction Phases of project execution.
• Good knowledge of the current relevant GMP legislation and standards
• Good Understanding of ASME-BPE guidelines
• Experience in pharma/biopharma projects which includes Solution Preparation, Holding vessels, Utensils /Part washer and sterilization process/equipment.
• Experience in international projects are added advantage.

Software tools:

• Proficient knowledge in MS-Excel is mandatory.
• MS VISIO, AUTO CAD, NAVISWORK, BLUE BEAM REVU are preferred.
• Hands on experience in other global design software / tools are an added advantage.
