role in managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of turnout projects, ensuring quality,
timeliness, and adherence to railway industry standards. This position requires in-depth
knowledge of turnout construction, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering
excellence in railway infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
1. •Turnout Project Management: •
• Lead and manage turnout projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to
project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed project plans for turnout
construction and maintenance projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with railway civil engineering standards.
2. •Quality Assurance: •
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures for turnout construction
projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and
specifications.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any deviations from established
standards.
3. •Technical Expertise in Turnout Construction: •
• Possess in-depth knowledge of turnout design, construction methods, and materials.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and address any technical challenges that

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in managing turnout projects within the railway civil sector.
• In-depth knowledge of turnout design, construction methodologies, and industry
standards.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects
concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
