We will count on you to:

• AEM Content Author / Technical content Producer is responsible for building pages using existing CMS templates, components and following pre-defined workflows.
• Executes and performs various production activities that will support the creation of pages in Adobe Experience Manager
• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring its optimal performance
• Templates and produces, adjusts and uploads email communications into Marketing Automation platform. Marketing automation platform training will be provided.
• Builds simple workflows for marketing automations
• Helps in the overall team\'s workload by managing your deliverables and help the team when required
• Attention to details and organisations skills allowing to meet competing deadlines are critical for the role.
• Coordinate with team (including Account/PM Lead, Front-end Lead Developer and Designers) to execute content edit requests and webpage updates using Adobe CO Content Management System adding copy and images to both existing site portions and new pages built by development team.
• Add all copy updates, manage and upload new video and digital assets using through Adobe CO, often multiple updates at one time.
• Work with development team to ensure site functionality is running properly at all times by fixing author-able bugs when feasible and/or logging tickets for site structure issue.
• Send out translations, manage timeline and request to push live localized sites, coordinating with development team

What you need to have:

• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing
• Candidate must have hands on experience in making changes to AEM site content, assets, and workflow
• Hands on and experience in authoring components and fragments, tags and workflows using the AEM architecture
• Hands on experience creating new templates and authoring existing templates by adding or removing components and fragments
• Diagnoses, maintains, and upgrading all pages while ensuring its optimal performance.
• Pages performance reporting such as load time and responsiveness, utilising existing Google analytics set up and tools like GTmetrix and Google lighthouse
• Diagnoses, reports and solves problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, tagging, formatting, image scaling
• Experience personalisation is an advantage
• The ability to use Photoshop to modify and enhance imagery is an added advantage.
• Experience with email marketing automation platforms, especially email templates, is an added advantage
