Telecommunications knowledge e.g. GSM, WCDMA, LTE technologies, traffic concepts, handover concepts, signaling and product functional demands. Good knowledge of MW equipment and IP Basic concepts. . General understanding call flows, channel concepts, site related issues, broad knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system is essential. Ability to independently perform tests in a prepared environment and as per given instructions. Ability to prepare implementation instructions under supervision. Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to Customer Service Requests and O&M queries of less complexity and Good understanding of data transcript and Solid understanding of support and supply processes. Authorities Implement system configuration changes as per given access rights. Authorized for raising TT to next level of support in consultation. TXN KPI reports Analysis. and Clearing of assigned Trouble Tickets. Raise Work Orders towards the Field Maintenance organization. and First level service problem restoration in 24.7 shifts. Main Tasks To handle analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with mentorship or supervision, when vital.
