Roles & Responsibilities-:

• Involvement in the generation of system and sub-system performance specifications, proposals and creation of proof of concept prototypes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead projects and people directly and indirectly to achieve new product launches on time and within budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Broad experience in developing products that contain mechanical and electromechanical parts, components and devices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to generate Pseudo-code for direct translation into 1: microcontrollers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design, implement, maintain, and improve equipment, components, products, and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct and coordinate manufacturing, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. 2: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to engineering projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate and test vendors\' and competitors\' products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor Engineering and create a stimulating work environment that will foster growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Full lifecycle application development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing, coding and debugging applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis. 3: \xe2\x80\xa2 Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD). \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand TCP/IP protocol \xe2\x80\xa2 Software modeling and simulation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Front end graphical user interface design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Software testing and quality assurance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support, maintain and document software functionality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrate software with existing systems. 4: \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Planning and Project Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain standards compliance.

Skills Required-:

CTQ 1 \xe2\x80\xa2 12+ years of active experience in Software/Systems Development (embedded software). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytic background, with detailed understanding of control algorithms, graphical user interfaces, Digital Control Circuits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Desired experience on systems that require understanding of Fluid dynamics, and Thermal Dynamics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated leadership skills of multidiscipline and functional teams a must, with direct reporting desired. CTQ 2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record of New Product development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documented working experience with technical engineering packages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing Information. \xe2\x80\xa2 In depth C++ programming skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 In depth Microcontroller PIC and ARM programing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 In depth SPI, I2C, RS232, TCP/IP communication protocol \xe2\x80\xa2 Brushless DC motor driver \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Assembly language is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hardware/Software debugging. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control Theory. CTQ 3 \xe2\x80\xa2 Equipment Motion control and stabilization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical publications, professional journals and governmental regulations as appropriate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive experience with temperature control, position control, dispensing control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to clearly document and explain system implementation and algorithms to non-technical individuals understanding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Master\'s level understanding of, and experience with, control system theory and implementation. CTQ 4 \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound judgment. \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of creativity and inventiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in both a team and as an individual, under time pressures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Convection, conduction, dispensing and vision systems understanding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interaction/synergies available between Electronics, Software and mechanics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Motion control development and implementation.
