Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Roles & Responsibility :-To Lead and manage the Electrical engineering and design project team for the Onshore (upstream and downstream)Expertise in HV Engineering & Power factory software is a must\xc2\xb7 Assist in establishing & monitoring Project schedule and quality of design work including modelling & deliverables for the projects / programs headed by Project Lead Engineer in the respective regions.\xc2\xb7 Review Work-hour estimates and Schedule of deliverables for the discipline on proposals / projects carried out by Leads. Step in for discussion with HO DMs for proposals scope/efforts finalization & establish correct benchmarking.\xc2\xb7 Providing technical expertise and support to Leads on a project to ensure technical integrity.\xc2\xb7 Ensure to implement region specific requirements.\xc2\xb7 Involve in major issues and in problem solving, achieving major milestones and guide leads in implementation of Lessons Learned across Program/Projects.\xc2\xb7 Shall assist and support Department Manager in building good relationship with lead office and carrying out departmental activities.\xc2\xb7 Resolve Interface issues by coordinating with other discipline section heads\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular meetings with Project Lead Engineers & respective team members and review following, as a minimum:o Adherence to MS & KSo Billability and productivity on projectso Schedule adherence & analysiso Competencies challenges & mitigationso Quality issues faced on projects, including TPRs / Spot Checks etc.o Carry out Risk analysis, reviews & audits to capture Pro-active actions in order to avoid potential issues on a projecto Project / Department KPIs and their statuso Sustainability and SIDo Datacentric approach implementation on all projects / program in their region.o Digital Bots implementation on all projects / program in their region, planned savings vs actual & follow up actions, creating awareness among teams\xc2\xb7 Shall ensure that the resources within the group are effectively utilized in co-ordination with DM.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that all leads in the group are proactive in raising timely variation notes, in case of change of scope/rework, and in raising the timely concerns in case of delays if any with valid reasons.\xc2\xb7 In addition to above function as a Lead Engineer on a dedicated project.\xc2\xb7 Regular connect with other SHs in their discipline to align on all common areas & LLs / VEs sharing. Cross learning & sharing is critical.\xc2\xb7 Developing IDP for next level including succession planning with DM\xc2\xb7 Competency improvement discussions with DM for his/her region & support DM for actionsQualifications

• More than 20 years of experience
• Graduate/post graduate electrical engineer with experience of working in a leading engineering consultancy/EPC company.
• Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of working with latest national and international codes like IS, IEC, IEEE, NEC, ANSI etc.
• Candidate should be well conversant with carrying out System Studies including Relay co-ordination studies with the use of ETAP software
• Fire Alarm, Telecommunication system, Electrical heat tracing, Cathodic protection system experience will be considered as an added advantage. Any experience in EHV Switchyard and Power plant engineering will also be considered as an added advantage
• Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas sector, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical / Process Plant / Fertilizer Plant
• Vendor data reviews.
• Should have leadership qualities
• Be able to mentor juniors
• Undertake developmental activities like preparation of work instructions / guideline.
• Understanding of Project requirements like productivity/ schedule workhour control etc.
• Have good understanding of requirements of other groups like mechanical/instrumentation/Civil etc.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written so as to communicate with client and lead offices.
• Should have knowledge and experience to do Work hour estimation for National and International projects
• Should have Knowledge of Lighting Softwares(Dialux, Luxicon), and Model review software Navis Work
