Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Services Engineer with over 7 years of expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and reviewing various building services from concept through to detailed design, tender, and finally to Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in building services design and review.
- Experience in residential/commercial building designers with minimum 10,000 million sq feet buildings (mandatory).
- Proficiency in DIALUX for lighting design.
- Strong understanding of DB schedules, voltage drop calculations, and SLD preparation.
- Experience in designing fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, telephone, communication systems, and ELV systems.
- Proven ability to prepare Take Off Quantity sheets and BOQ.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?560,161.66 - ?757,500.89 per year
