You will be a sustainability product specialist and involved in client relationship management where you will act as an accelerator and collaborator within our sales activities and processes. You understand client pain points and are able to translate that into solutions
You lead the client solutions development for the India consulting team working with investor and occupier clients

Identify opportunities with our investor and occupier clients to support them with sustainability solutions
Build pipeline of business development opportunities to reach sustainability consulting overall revenue targets
Lead engagement in liaising with external and internal stakeholders to understand their sustainability needs and drive the development of client specific solutions.What this job involvesManage and standardise client management initiatives to secure, strengthen, develop & enhance client relationships to build & improve enduring business relationships with a focus on regional priorities
Manage tracking of sales across sustainability services in India through the oversight of the sale system and by chairing the monthly market team calls, or equivalents.
Manage in-bound client requests for services across the Indian business lines to grow sales pipeline and successfully close significant contracts with regional priority
Support development and rollout a Sustainability product/services growth strategy by working closely with Product Management, brokers, and sales to identify key growth markets and opportunities and deploy & achieve to secure annual growth targets.
Interface & collaborate with sustainability service delivery teams (Strategies & Assets and Sustainable Operations) to identify and deliver product/ service solutions to meet repeat business and income targets.
Ensure differentiation of sustainability offering to attract and retain key clients, position the business favourably against industry competitors to drive strong brand awareness and a differentiated value proposition in the market
Support launch new products to market, and link with the global sustainability product team to support ongoing product development
Creating & updating dashboards that provide meaningful data for reviewing with key performance indicators.
Demonstrate understanding of emerging trends, themes, and reporting frameworks.
Understand and promote the organisations behavioural, moral, ethical and compliance standards & requirements, adhere to and demonstrate highest regard to these when interacting with customers, clients, and colleagues.Sound like you?
