As a Senior Director in JLL's Project and Development Services (PDS) team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful construction projects for our clients.Role Overview: As a Senior Director of PDS at JLL, you will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and construction professionals to ensure the successful execution of large-scale construction and development projects. You will work closely with clients, consulting teams, and other stakeholders to understand their business objectives and develop tailored project strategies. With your expertise, you will guide your team through the entire project lifecycle, overseeing project design, procurement, execution, and closeout.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to your team, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in project planning and execution. Understand client objectives, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs.Team Management: Lead a team of project managers and construction professionals, managing their performance, workload, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture to drive excellence in project delivery.Project Planning and Execution: Develop project strategies, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of milestones.Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and proactively manage cost control measures. Collaborate with finance teams to provide accurate forecasting and ensure project profitability.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Proactively manage project-related issues, conflicts, and changes, and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruption and financial impact.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns. Foster effective communication channels to align expectations and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing large-scale construction and development projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional client relationship management abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in project management software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and building codes is essential.
