About the Role

• This role\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include leading problem-solving, innovating and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize a company\xe2\x80\x99s user experience, productivity and performance. The Director of operations must develop long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives.

• To develop and monitor company\xe2\x80\x99s supply strategy with a goal to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high output quality for the company. Analyse operational performance and resolve issues, collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.

• Have an excellent understanding of supply processes and good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems. Great project management and problem-solving skills. Manage a total work-force of 50+ employees with direct reporting of 4+ vertical heads to deliver a great consumer service and post-purchase experience in stipulated timelines.

• Ensure high-degree of supply chain efficiency and ensure maintenance of detailed supply chain inventory and records, ensure point of truth and easy accessibility of data for all other verticals to optimize consumer pre & post sales operations.

• Work with a multi-functional team of tech, product, HR, L&D and finance to create right processes, product, ERPs, KPIs and trainings to ensure smooth & efficient operations. Analyse data from manufacturing, shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues and lead the brainstorming & execution to solve for the same.

The Ideal Fit

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 proven experience in the operations management field
• Strong leadership skills and vision
• Excellent ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
• Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Above-average communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics is essential to this position
