Role DescriptionThe Segment Delivery Head will be responsible for the overall delivery management of designated portfolio in Lifesciences domain and report to Global BU Delivery Head.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Overall 18+ years of IT work experience including 10+ years of experience in handling Life sciences industry fortune 500 customers.Track record of proven delivery leadership in a technically complex and dynamic environment. Provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers in running the delivery and operations.Should have experience in managing 1000+ member teams and P & L to the tune of 80 to 100 mn $.Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including customer relationship, engineering management, managing budgets, resource management, leadership identification and grooming.Solid understanding of the technology landscape and hands-on experience with digital technology initiativesAbility to mitigate risks and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.Extensive stake holder and relationship management with clients at CXO level.Job Location:Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore
