The Senior Director of Human Resources is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the HR function to support the organization\'s overall business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations, as well as the ability to drive HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and talent development.Strategic HR Leadership:\xc2\xb7 Under the guidance of the CHRO, develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company\'s corporate business goals.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the organization\'s mission and values.\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance on HR-related issues, including labor relations, compliance, and workforce planning.2. Talent Acquisition and Management:\xc2\xb7 Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain talent development programs, training, and career growth opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.3.
