About The Role This is a strategic role expectation is to set the FCU unit end to end & core expectation is to set the fraud & risk management framework. Ability to lead FCU functions & work very closely with all the key stakeholders of the organization. Somebody with technical expertise in the BFSI space would be an add on benefit. Some high level things you would own but not limited to: Ability to lead and set up the RCU Function. Experience in Fraud Risk management Well versed with Data Science and Technology Define strategies, strong Processes and Fraud Prevention framework. Expertise in Vulnerability Risk Assessment, Customer Profiling, Forensic Investigation Ability to Lead and Enforce Risk Prevention Culture through Education, Training & Policy Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Professionally Skilled and Certification in Fraud & Risk Management People Management, Work with all Functional Stakeholder Network in BFSI & Legal Portfolio Tracking & Report Management Perform other tasks and instructions assigned by the senior management.
