In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).The Role:This role is responsible for establishing Razorpay Engage as the most preferred customer engagement
and loyalty partner for Banks and Payment Networks in India. Role will involve managing key existing
banking partners, building relationships and acquiring new logos as well. The role will manage and
build teams around hunting, farming and key account management to drive assigned targets and grow
our market share.Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing India domestic banks + payment networks portfolio to drive up their
adoption of Razorpay Engage's loyalty suite. Increase their share of spends through rewards
programs, contextual campaigns and unique solutions to drive new user acquisition and user
retention.
Handling / Building a team of key account managers focused on both hunting and farming
accounts and driving the assigned targets through the team.
Increase number of programs per logo to increase annual contract value.
Develop implementation plan for each program and ensure best-in-class customer experience
for all programs.
Define metrics/measurement for monitoring the performance & the effectiveness of programs.
Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for the identified and
assigned partner banks/networks.
Map and develop strong working relationships with key influencers for the assigned banks. It
should include mapping the various teams in the assigned banks thoroughly and plot them out
to an organogram of the banks.
Ensure higher level of engagements with the banks for the Sell with, Sell to and Sell through
Strategies of Razorpay.
Facilitate seamless onboarding of Razorpay as a Vendor / Customer in the bank's ecosystem as
well as ensure set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments.
Actively seek out and participate in RFPs/RFQs in the banking industry for loyalty scopes
Craft engaging value propositions for each engagement program for a Bank depending on
audience, products, geography and context. Thought leadership in educating seasoned bank
professionals on right program constructs would be key.
Work closely with multiple teams internally and navigate legal, compliance and finance
processes optimally.
Work closely with Product, Solutions and Analytics teams to innovate on our pitches, and
identify opportunities for us to be TSP in multiple scopes across a Bank's product lines.Mandatory Qualifications: 12+Years of overall experience of which 4-6 years in the Banking space either with Payment
Aggregators, Banks, Payment Networks or Fintech companies would be given high preference.
In-depth understanding of enterprise loyalty and customer engagement. Work experience in
loyalty space in payments is an advantage.
Established and existing networks with banks both public as well as private sector would be a
definite advantage.
Demonstrated ability to increase annual contract value with large enterprises
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business acumen and Customer orientation: Should be a passionate believer in digitaltransformation and the use of technology to simplify business processes and improve customer
experience.
High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Ability to work independently with a proven track record of creating and executing
partnerships / alliances that drive measurable business results.
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers, MIS.
Able to engage in a basic technical conversation with the bank to understand their
requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment
Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the
business.
Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and
competing priorities.
Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams, such as Product,
Engineering, Customer Success, Solutioning, etc. to deliver best-in-class user experience and
influence right prioritization.
