In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).The Role:This role is responsible for establishing Razorpay Engage as the most preferred customer engagement
and loyalty partner for Banks and Payment Networks in India. Role will involve managing key existing
banking partners, building relationships and acquiring new logos as well. The role will manage and
build teams around hunting, farming and key account management to drive assigned targets and grow
our market share.Roles and Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for managing India domestic banks + payment networks portfolio to drive up their
adoption of Razorpay Engage\'s loyalty suite. Increase their share of spends through rewards
programs, contextual campaigns and unique solutions to drive new user acquisition and user
retention.
\xe2\x97\x8f Handling / Building a team of key account managers focused on both hunting and farming
accounts and driving the assigned targets through the team.
\xe2\x97\x8f Increase number of programs per logo to increase annual contract value.
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop implementation plan for each program and ensure best-in-class customer experience
for all programs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Define metrics/measurement for monitoring the performance & the effectiveness of programs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for the identified and
assigned partner banks/networks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Map and develop strong working relationships with key influencers for the assigned banks. It
should include mapping the various teams in the assigned banks thoroughly and plot them out
to an organogram of the banks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure higher level of engagements with the banks for the Sell with, Sell to and Sell through
Strategies of Razorpay.
\xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate seamless onboarding of Razorpay as a Vendor / Customer in the bank\'s ecosystem as
well as ensure set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Actively seek out and participate in RFPs/RFQs in the banking industry for loyalty scopes
\xe2\x97\x8f Craft engaging value propositions for each engagement program for a Bank depending on
audience, products, geography and context. Thought leadership in educating seasoned bank
professionals on right program constructs would be key.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with multiple teams internally and navigate legal, compliance and finance
processes optimally.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with Product, Solutions and Analytics teams to innovate on our pitches, and
identify opportunities for us to be TSP in multiple scopes across a Bank\'s product lines.Mandatory Qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f 12+Years of overall experience of which 4-6 years in the Banking space either with Payment
Aggregators, Banks, Payment Networks or Fintech companies would be given high preference.
\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth understanding of enterprise loyalty and customer engagement. Work experience in
loyalty space in payments is an advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Established and existing networks with banks both public as well as private sector would be a
definite advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated ability to increase annual contract value with large enterprises
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Business acumen and Customer orientation: Should be a passionate believer in digitaltransformation and the use of technology to simplify business processes and improve customer
experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently with a proven track record of creating and executing
partnerships / alliances that drive measurable business results.
\xe2\x97\x8f Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers, MIS.
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to engage in a basic technical conversation with the bank to understand their
requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the
business.
\xe2\x97\x8f Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and
competing priorities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams, such as Product,
Engineering, Customer Success, Solutioning, etc. to deliver best-in-class user experience and
influence right prioritization.
