Provides support and problem resolution for specific products.The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade CenterWhat you will doJob Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of support engineers, ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Manage projects effectively, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • Interact with multiple customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
  • Handle multiple applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Utilize strong debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows for efficiency gains.
  • Generate reports using ticketing tools or excel to provide insights and improve decision-making processes.
  • Communicate effectively via email to provide updates, gather requirement, and address issues.
  • Assists clients with implementing new products, new releases, and software upgrades. Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
  • Trains customers in product operation and maintenance.
  • Participates in analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves common technical problems. Escalates as per procedures.
  • Strong documentations skills for troubleshooting issues
What you will have
  • 10+ years of experience in software development industry
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience
  • 3+ years of experience in team management or project management
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer applications (MCA)
  • Sound knowledge on OOPS and deep understanding of Java Servlets, Spring Boot frameworks, and micro services.
  • Extensive knowledge of database technologies (Proficient in any one of the DB technologies)
  • Exceptional debugging skills and familiarity with debugging tools
  • Good knowledge of AWS cloud services
  • Proactive approach towards creating automation workflows.
  • Python knowledge is an added advantage.
