Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a team toward achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development & Execution : Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing professionals. Foster collaboration and ensure the team is executing tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Budget Management : Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration with Other Teams : Work closely with sales, content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with business goals.
• Trend Analysis & Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously research competitors and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Customer Engagement & Retention : Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through various online channels.
• Brand Management : Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a strong online presence.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Experience : At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in leading successful campaigns and managing teams.
• Skills :
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Experience with e-commerce and mobile marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
