Position: Digital Marketing Executive We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across various digital channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Design and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage with the audience, increase brand visibility, and drive website traffic and conversions.
- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to attract and engage the target audience.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to create and manage email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and ROI, to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) working in digital marketing roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) is a plus.
