About the Job

Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Location: Pune



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management processes.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networking components.
• Develop and implement monitoring and alerting strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software delivery and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure that systems are compliant with security policies and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Mentor and guide other team members in DevSecOps practices, tools and technologies.

Must Haves

Experience :

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

• Linux-based infrastructure experience.
• Experience deploying and maintaining web applications (MERN/MEAN) stack.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, service discovery, and container orchestration.
• Expertise in AWS-Native multi-AZ cloud infrastructure, specializing in services like ECS, EKS, Load Balancers, Amplify, Lambda, Elasticache, VPC, API Gateway, RDS, and WAF.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, or Github Actions.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, Go, Rust, and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Experience with SAST and DAST implementation.
• AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD/CKS) is a plus.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, and optimize efficiency.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging DevOps/DevSecOps trends.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with AWS SAM (Serverless Application Model).
• Experience with AWS native security tools such as Guard Duty, Shield, Config, Security Hub, Inspector, etc.
• Knowledge of Flutter CI/CD pipeline.
