Role Overview Description

The Senior DevOps Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, diagnostics, support, and installation of systems on Cloud datacenters (Azure / AWS). The ideal candidate would be innovative and have great problem solving and analytical skills. You have experience operating distributed systems and diagnosing and resolving complex problems. You pay attention to detail and solve problems at their root and will support the team in deep technical issues and complex environmental changes.

The selected talent will also be responsible for interviewing other talents in order to expand the team. The profiles will be send by the matcher and the interviews will be scheduled accordingly to the selected talent agenda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, services, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
• Set up and configuration of common infrastructure components (Networking, VPN tunnel, Firewalls, DC, etc..),
• Work closely with service desk and other colleagues to resolve problems
• Being able to communicate effectively with the customer
• Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configuration and related performance issues
• Create Application as a Code pipelines include various task groups for automated testing,
• security scans, quality gates and release control gates.
• Create and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
• Play a critical role in building systems to manage and automate platforms and servers.
• Help the development team with tools and services to enhance productivity.
• Design, build, maintain and optimize systems for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
• Monitor, refine and resolve issues with development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Identify and setup tools to optimize team members' work.
• Work closely with and assist Systems Administrator as needed.
• Operate within a regulated quality management system.

Must have skills:

• Experience in Python/Bash
• Experience in SDK /Command Line experience
• Experience in IT server administration, in particular with Linux systems
• Strong Hands-on Azure Cloud / AWS infrastructure Experience
• Strong Hands-on Azure DevOps Experience
• Strong Hands-on Azure Kubernetes Services - AKS
• Proficiency in working with CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with Monitoring Solutions (Splunk Enterprise)
• Strong Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Container Technology (e.g. Docker).
• IaC Tools Terraform:
• Hands on experience to create Azure Data Factory pipelines using YAML
• Application Build & Deployment
• Leadership experience
• Certification in Azure/AWS (Infra) and Terraform
• Certification in Kubernetes is a nice to have
